    Sizzling Garlic and Citrus Shrimp
The Pilot House Restaurant


Arrange shrimp in a large,shallow, non-reactive baking dish.
To make sauce: Mixed remaining ingredients except bread and garnishes; pour over shrimp.
Broil, turning shrimp once or twice until shrimp is opaque and just firm to the touch, about 8 minutes.
Immediately serve shrimp and sauce over bread.
Garnish with citrus slices and springs of cilantro. Serve remaining bread on the side.

24 jumbo shrimp ( about 1 ? pounds), peeled (tails on) and deveined
1/3 cup fresh lime juice
1/3 cup fresh lemon juice
1/3 cup blood orange juice
4 ounces unsalted butter, melted
12 large cloves garlic, peeled and finely chopped
Salt, to taste
? cup chopped fresh cilantro
? teaspoon Pico de Gallo or Cayenne
1 large loaf fresh bread, thinly sliced
Citrus slices for garnish
Cilantro leaves for garnish
